You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using 2jbit is lawful in your jurisdiction. 2jbit does not represent or warrant that the Platform is available or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction, including within Pakistan. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your location.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 2jbit. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination. You must promptly update your registration information if any details change.
2.5 KYC Verification. 2jbit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements. You agree to provide all requested identification documents — including but not limited to a valid CNIC — within the timeframe specified by 2jbit. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal facilities.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jbit account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 2jbit will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.2 You must notify 2jbit's customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3.3 You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your 2jbit account to any third party. Account ownership is non-transferable.
3.4 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, except where 2jbit has been negligent in maintaining platform security.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 2jbit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods where available: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All account balances and transactions on the 2jbit Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. 2jbit is not responsible for currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts will be processed within 24–48 business hours. 2jbit reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Own Payment Methods. You may only deposit to and withdraw from 2jbit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are prohibited. Any such transaction may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the originating payment source.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 2jbit maintains policies and procedures to detect and prevent money laundering and financial crime. Deposits must represent lawful funds from legitimate personal sources. 2jbit reserves the right to investigate any transaction and, where required by applicable law, to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on 2jbit are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or betting rules, the specific rules shall prevail.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. 2jbit reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after the relevant event has commenced, bets placed in error due to technical failure, or bets forming part of suspected fraudulent or collusive activity.
5.3 Palpable Errors. In the event that odds, game payouts, or other material data are published in error (a "palpable error"), 2jbit reserves the right to correct the error and void bets placed at erroneous odds or terms. 2jbit will notify affected users as soon as practicable.
5.4 Casino & RNG Games. All casino and random number generator (RNG) games on 2jbit use certified, independently audited random number generation systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are available from the relevant game provider. 2jbit does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.
5.5 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games use real physical equipment — cards, wheels, dice — operated by professional dealers in regulated studio environments. Results are determined by the physical outcome of each round and cannot be altered by 2jbit or any third party.

6.3 2jbit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, and to void bonus-derived winnings where evidence of abuse, circumvention of wagering requirements, or exploitation of technical errors is identified.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.2 2jbit does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect availability. 2jbit shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 2jbit's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.2 Upon closure of your account, any verified remaining PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of applicable verification requirements. 11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 2jbit's customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
